Eugene, EJT, Fogg is the Headmaster of the Felixan Academy of Gentle Pursuits near the Township of Cogsbourne, Animus.
The Academy curriculum is classical studies, and fencing, riding, dancing, and etiquette. Many of the Animan soldiers and constables of non-human parentage also study there. It is generally known that Eugene is capable of speaking, or talking to the animals, both intelligent and otherwise.
