In an elaborate naming ceremony today at the Kashfa Space Shipyards, Queen Coral handed over the first of a new series of Armoured Colony Ships, named the CS Helen to First President Randol Yorke.
Rumours indicate that there are two further vessels in this series being build at shipyards somewhere in Shadow.
During the speeches, Randol announced that the Helen series of vessels would each lead a fleet, and be assigned the purpose of establishing Federation Colonies at various points in Shadow. He then went on to confirm Michael Barley II as Governor-General of the colony that would live on the CS Helen, along with his wife 
Federation Celebrity Nevaeh McKlintock.
Anyone any idea where they are going and what they are going to be doing (beyond forming a colony)?
