Pilots in the Federation

Pilots within the Federation currently lie outside the control of Alastyr, and are handled by an organisation set up under Presidential Authority, called the Teamsters Union. One of the implications of this is that the current roster of Federation Pilots is a finite resource - until such time as they once again gain access to a Transport Logrus, there will be no more new ones.
