9th Imperial Decree –
2nd Amendment: Appeal to the Emperor
When a question
has been heard by the Court of Appeal, the Decision of that Court
may be brought to the attention of the Emperor. If the decision of
the Court is upheld by the Emperor, the appellant is likely to be taken into Slavery for a
minimum of 5 years, for contemptuously wasting the Emperor’s
time.
