Senate Declares its congratulations, and acknowledgement of the ascendancy of the former Princess Seline to the divine, known from henceforth as the goddess Seline. Senate notes with regret that the goddess Seline has expressed her intention to become the guardian of slaves, and Declares its acceptance of the words Spoken by the goddess Seline, that her priesthood may act as advocate for any slave, and may take any slave into her temples, without recompense to the owners for up to 1 month, after which time the slave will be returned, replaced, or bought without option by her Temple.
